Incase if you have global version of devices then you no need to worry because the oneplus straight away pushes the ota updates.
In my case i have global version so i got the android 10 on the same day of stable release of oxygen os version So don't blame OnePlus for delay in updates, try to contact you tmobile regarding the software updates.
Note: As a previous apple user you may know that apple only pushes otas for their devices and not any service provider like tmobile, sprint etc DragonGods and Cwayne30 like this.
